NCAA Softball Atlanta Regional Final To Begin At 7:00 PM (UPDATED 5:00 PM)

ATLANTA – For the third time in as many days, the NCAA Softball Atlanta Regional is in a rain delay. Officials just announced that the game will now begin at 7:00 p.m. between Georgia Tech and Boston University.

BU defeated Auburn 5-0 this morning to earn the spot in the regional final and will have to defeat the Yellow Jackets twice to earn a berth in the Super Regional.When play resumes, the rain delay will have stretched for six hours. Georgia Tech has had a rain delay in each game of the Atlanta Regional for a total of 12 hours and 52 minutes.
