After dropping their first match in the main draw of the Polo Ralph Lauren ITA-All Amiercan Doubles Championship, Georgia Tech’s David North and Marko Rajevac regrouped to win three matches and capture the Consolation Title Sunday.

North and Rajevac, currently ranked ninth in the ITA Preseason Doubles rankings, first defeated Tulsa’s team of Connelly and Cunningham, 8-3 and then received a walk-over victory to a team from Mississippi. In their final two matches of the tournament, the Yellow Jackets team defeated No. 30 Wooten/Joelson from Texas A&M, 8-5 and then beat Colorado’s 45th ranked Molnar/Tsuda , 8-5 in the finals.

North and Rajevac stand with a 6-2 record in the fall season and will join the remainder of their team to compete in the South Carolina Fall Invitational beginning Friday.
