ACC Announces Change to Tech Football Schedule

ATLANTA–The Atlantic Coast Conference, in conjunction with Georgia Tech, has announced a change in the Yellow Jackets’ 2005 football schedule. The change is the result of a scheduling issue at the conference level.

Tech will now host Connecticut on Sept. 17 at Bobby Dodd Stadium/Grant Field, followed by a road game at Virginia Tech on Sept. 24.

The Georgia Tech Alumni Association has announced that the Clemson game on Oct. 29 will be the annual Homecoming celebration.

The Connecticut game will be Family Weekend, as well as Band Day for high schools, while the North Carolina game is “Take a Kid to the Game.” Georgia Tech’s annual Hall of Fame weekend is the Wake Forest game.

The complete Georgia Tech schedule is listed below. Times and television designations are to be announced.
